Salt Lake City: To Do List

I was so busy at the conference that I only got to do a few things in the great city of Salt Lake. MT and I hit the Patagonia Outlet. We also had the Navajo Hogan and Spotted Dog Creamery on the list but we were foiled by bad luck on Saturday night. The Navajo Hogan was closed and we just could not find Spotted Duck, though their website says they are closed on the weekend. I am trying to perfect a vegetarian navajo taco recipe that I hope to share with you soon.
