Wake-Up: Power Breakfast

When I need a breakfast that will last until the early afternoon or during a long hike, I turn to the classic oatmeal or granola with soymilk and fresh/frozen/dehydrated fruit. Good thing I made fresh granola last night! See granola recipe here. In this picture you can see my super-cool backpacking spork. I was testing it out before taking it to Chile.
