Weekend: Baby Chicks

Monday afternoon my friend EM and I discovered a small nest of baby chick's in a potted plant on my porch. I've been checking in on them each day. Just from Monday they grew from bald, naked bundles to having new feathers and beaks bigger than their heads.

This morning the neighbor cat discovered them and there is just one left. But he is doing fine after we moved the plant to the back porch. Fingers are crossed that his parents find him in his new location.
