I am going to be blogging from Fairbanks, Alaska for a few weeks. The weather has been pleasant and I do hope the tree buds start showing soon. Everything is brown and dirty-looking from the recent snow melt.Weekend Happenings!
Friday:
Reconditioned Bike Sale - 9a-5p @ Fairbanks Lutheran Church 1012 Cowles St. (check out the church garage sale too)
Saturday:
Clean up day (or week) - just pick up trash outside when you can
Farmer's Market - first market of the season, support local artisans and farmers (though produce will probably be nonexistent)
Food Drive - leave a bag of food for the letter carriers to pick up

Sunday:
Alaska Salmon Bake - lunch from 12 - 2p on May 10th, opening week special 13$
