North Pole Coffee Roasting Co. is just 20 minutes from Fairbanks, AK. I brewed a cup of their Polar Perk, nanook blend (a portion of the purchase goes to the UAF scholarship fund) this morning. In fact, I have been drinking it for the past 2 months since I brought some back with me. I only have a few days supply left and I'll be sad to see it go.A great standard coffee with a dark roast with a little spice and the shade-grown organic, fair-trade quality is a bonus!
