Indian ice cream is one of those food that others might think is a strange delicacy. Like I mentioned before we have a lot of fish in the AK and Indian ice cream is made out of white fish. The picture above is from last Christmas dinner but we were able to buy some over the weekend at the dog races. Indian Ice Cream

1 medium sized white fish or pike
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 cups crisco or shortening
cranberries, salmonberries, blueberries, or raspberries
