Wish'n and Hope'n: Ocean Dress

I finally got to try on a dress that I clipped out of the Anthropologie catalog months ago. The drape was forgiving and the lovely dark green fabric just pooled at my feet. If I had an occasion to which to wear such a dress, it would be mine.
