When I found this recipe (cannot remember how) I think that I emailed everyone I knew the link. Popcorn is one of my favorite foods. With this recipe you can make a bowl of popcorn super quick and not buy the prepackaged-bad-for-you-grocery-store stuff, which makes me very happy. Click on over to Instructables to see step-by-step photos of how to make your own microwave popcorn. I keep a small, clean canning jar in the pantry already filled with 1/4 cup popcorn kernels, safflower oil, and garlic salt. All I have to do it dump it into a brown paper bag, staple, and heat with my microwave's popcorn setting button.
