We randomly bought 5$ tickets to the Tuesday practice rounds for the US Open 2008 at Torrey Pines Golf Course. We only stopped by for about an hour during the middle of the day to walk the grounds and see the sights. I'm so glad that we did. I saw one famous person, Vijay Singh, and got some unknown-to-me golfers' autographs. We were able to decipher enough of the top autograph to figure out who the guy actually was, Johan Edfors from Sweden. I think that he qualified to play but I don't know where he stands in the current field.
