Inspiration: Ultima Thule by Iittala Dishware

On my plane ride home from my holiday travels last year, I ripped out this article because I recognized the goblets and the dessert bowls. I remembered them as the everyday drinking glasses at TEB's parents' house. The sides look like ice shards and the bottoms look like melting icicles. Little did I know that they were the striking Ultima Thule collection for Iittala, designed by Tapio Wirkkala 1968. They definitely classify as bling for your table.
